Upload or paste a list. Columns are matched to fields automatically, including the variants placement cells actually use, and existing candidates are matched rather than duplicated.

Excel export

Results, scores, section breakdowns and integrity scores as a spreadsheet, so your own analysis is not blocked on our reporting.

PDF reports

A shareable per-candidate or per-assessment report for hiring managers who will not log in to read a dashboard.

Transactional email

Invitations, reminders and result notifications sent for you, carrying your organisation's name, logo and reply-to address rather than ours.

REST API and outbound webhooks

Create candidates, send invitations and read results programmatically, and receive signed webhooks when an attempt is submitted or evaluated. On Business and Enterprise plans.

Questions

What integration reviews ask

Can I push candidates in from our own system?

Yes, through the REST API on Business and Enterprise plans — create the candidate and send the invitation in two calls. On lower plans, CSV import covers the same ground with a manual step.

How do I know a webhook really came from you?

Every delivery is signed with an HMAC over the raw request body using a secret unique to that endpoint, and carries a timestamp so a captured request cannot be replayed later. Verify the signature before trusting the payload — the guidance for doing that sits alongside the endpoint configuration in your settings.

What happens if our endpoint is down?

Deliveries are retried with increasing backoff, and each attempt is recorded with its response status so you can see what happened rather than guessing. Persistent failures are visible in your integration settings instead of failing silently.

Are API keys scoped?

Yes. A key belongs to one organisation and carries a subset of that organisation's permissions, so an integration that only reads results cannot create assessments. Keys are hashed at rest and shown once at creation — we cannot recover one for you, only issue a replacement.

You do not have a connector for our ATS. Now what?

Tell us which one. We are not going to promise a connector to win a deal, but knowing what people actually use decides what gets built. In the meantime the API and webhooks cover most of what a connector would do. Email sales@parikshafy.com.
