Before you commit

What exactly counts as a billed candidate?
One candidate is counted the first time they start an assessment. Invitations you send but nobody opens cost nothing, and if a candidate is disconnected and resumes the same attempt, it is still one candidate — not two.
Does a longer assessment cost more?
No. Pricing is per candidate regardless of how long the assessment runs. Duration matters for planning how many candidates you can put through a session, which is why the calculator asks, but it is not a price driver.
What happens when I reach my plan's candidate limit?
If your plan includes pay-per-use beyond the included volume, extra candidates are charged at the plan's rate and everything keeps running. If it does not, new attempts pause until the period renews or you move to a larger plan — candidates already mid-assessment always finish.
Can I change plan partway through a period?
Yes. We show you the prorated amount before you confirm. On an upgrade you pay only the difference for the remaining days; on a downgrade the surplus is carried forward as credit against your next invoice rather than refunded.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancelling stops future billing at the end of the period you have paid for. Your assessments, questions and results stay readable — you can still open and export them. New assessments and new candidate attempts are what pause.
Is tax included in these prices?
No, listed prices exclude tax. GST is calculated at checkout from your billing state and shown as a separate line before you pay, split into CGST and SGST or charged as IGST depending on where you are registered. Add your GSTIN in billing settings and it appears on every invoice.
Do you offer education or non-profit pricing?
Yes, for colleges and universities running placement drives. Email sales@parikshafy.com with your institution and expected volume.
What payment methods can I use?
Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. For annual enterprise contracts we can invoice against a purchase order instead.
